I have too many assignments and tests and I can't keep up.

I'm constantly stressed and I feel like I'm not doing well enough.

At least my parents make me feel that way.

I want to do well in school, but I don't know how to.

It's common to feel overwhelmed with school and the pressure to succeed, but it's important to find a healthy balance.

One way to manage your time and responsibilities is by creating a schedule or to-do list. (I know this sounds like more work, but I promise it works! When you write down on a piece a paper a list of things to do, it gives your brain permission to let go of all the thoughts around that task so you can think more clearly.)

Prioritize your tasks and set realistic goals for yourself. This will help you to stay organized and focused.

Another way is to practice self-care and prioritize your mental health.

This can include things like exercise, meditation, spending time with friends and family, and doing things you enjoy.

Taking breaks and avoiding burnout is important for your overall well-being.

It's also helpful to communicate with your teachers and classmates.

Let them know if you're feeling overwhelmed and ask for their support.

They may be able to provide you with additional resources or accommodations to help you manage your workload.

Finally, don't be too hard on yourself.

Accept that you're only human and that it's okay to make mistakes.

Focus on your effort and progress, not just your grades.

I believe in you and I know that you have the ability to succeed and achieve your goals, while also taking care of yourself.
