General Sunshine Prompts
(Week 13) - It's okay to have growth in my life.
Write down 3 things you admire about yourself.
Write down all of your important memories of your interaction with music. What type of music do you listen to? Favorite bands? etc.
Call a close friend and ask for an embarrasing story about you. Write down this story.

Look at yourself in the mirror. Write down how you feel. Now smile at yourself in the mirror. Write down how you feel.
Eat your favorite meal.l.
Eat your favorite treat.
Wear your favorite outfit.
Get a balloon and write a message to the universe. Now release the balloon.
Breathe Deeply. Feel Deeply. (Breathe in 3-5 seconds, breathe out 3-5 seconds)

(Week 15) - It's okay if I see good in the world.
Text your friends and family and ask them reasons you should be thankful. Tell them it's hard to see any good in the world and you want their help. Write each of these items down.
Find something you hold onto, but no longer use and repurpose it. Give it to someone in need. Write down the feelings you gained from this experience.
Call/Text a friend and tell them "You're a great friend and deserve to have a great day." Write down their response.

Make up a joke. Write it down. Text it to a friend.

Recount the last random moment that made you smile and write about it?
Write at least ten things that you can control in your life, and explain how you can use them today.

(Week 17) - It's okay to love myself completely and entirely.
Imagine what your life will be like when every challenge you’re facing at the moment is gone.
Write a short message to yourself and how you can use it when you have a bad day.
Write a short story about a fictional character that goes through your circumstances and how they manage to overcome them.
Describe what your best friend means to you and what you admire in them.
Describe what love means to you and how best you can show it
Draw yourself as the sun how much sunshine are you giving out?
Blunder List. When you are have a "bad day" you make a lot of blunders. List out all of the ones you have made. Isn't it beautiful how much you miss your loved one?

Text a friend a kind message or a compliment.
What satisfies you the most about waking up in the morning? Write about it.
Describe your greatest yearnings and wishes.
Describe how you want to make a difference in the world today.
A new idea or understanding I wish I could share with my family or friends.
Write a poem about the fondest memories of your childhood. Call this poem “Nostalgia.”
Do 1 hard thing today. Write down your feelings once you accomplished this.

(Week 19) - I trust myself.
Write down your prediction of tomorrow. Are you happy with it? If not make it a totally different day than your prediction.
Using the Feelings Chart draw/label your current feelings.
Write about your current state of mind. For example, do you feel weird, angry, lazy, or anxious. How is it impacting you today?
Write down 1 surprise you have received recently. Why did it surprise you?
Write down something that is becoming normal for you, that you never thought would be normal.
Write a poem, no matter how bad, with someone you admire in it. (The effort is what matters)
Remind yourself of the best compliment you’ve ever gotten and why it has impacted your you?

(Week 20) - Keep your face always toward the sunshine, and shadows will fall behind you.
Who are you most grateful to have in your life? What is their name? What have they done?
Your strengths and weaknessses make you unique. Write down all of your strengths. Now write down your weaknesses as if they had become new strength. Imagine working on these weaknesses.
Text several people letting them know how much they meant to you in your life. What were their responses?
Draw a picture of your house if you stayed stuck in your "current situation". Now draw a picture of your house if you found happiness in life again.

Give a nice big belly laugh. (Force one out). When was the last time you laughed?
You have earned support and help. Write down who you can reach out to for support and help. Now ask them.
Write five things that, if you saw happen, you’d be most grateful.

(Week 22) - When I am with friends, I am raw and authentic with my feelings.
Write down 1 negative belief you are holding on to. Now write down 5 positive beliefs that disprove this.
Write down the challenges and circumstances that you’ve faced in your life, that shaped who you are.
Write five things you usually experience that easily cause you to show gratitude.
What’s your biggest failure, and how did you handle it? What helped you get through?
Write down all of the compliments you have received in your life. Go as far back as you can remember. How long of a list can you make?
What is the hardest part of your journey so far? Now, write down who/what can help you with that and reach out for their help.
Compose a paragraph about why you feel the way you do right now.

Create a jar of inspiration. Anytime you have a thought about your accomplishements and successes,write down the thought and put it into the jar. Once you fill the jar up read through the ways that your loved one is still in your life.
Draw an emoji that shows how you feel right now. Write 5 words that come to mind and why?
Set a goal for the future. Now go out and accomplish it.

Name one trustworthy person you can confide in. Why can you trust him/her?

What do I use as motivation to keep moving forward.
Describe 3 of your strongest emotions you are feeling now. Then, write down one thing family or freinds could help you with them.
Lists of excuses you use for hard days.
Send out 1 thank you text to someone. How did they respond?
Write down 1 way you gave up today, and 1 way you pressed on.
Will you be worried or stressed over this issue 3 months from now? Six months from now? How about a year? Why or why not?
